Consultation on Village Hall/housing plans 21/22 Sept
On Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd September the Village Hall Committee, Broadland District Council and other key partners will be holding a public consultation event at the Bridge Public House.
The event will provide members of Gt Witchingham with a final opportunity to make a contribution to the design input prior to making a planning application to the District Council in the Autumn. Detailed 3D conceptual designs will be on display to give you an insight into how our new community facility might look. There will also be an opportunity to discuss the associated housing scheme proposed for the site.
Please make every effort to come along, even for just a few minutes. The event is taking place over 2 days to give residents every opportunity to attend. The Bridge Public House will be providing a BBQ so why not hang around, have a drink and chat with other people from our village who you may never have met before.
It’s time to get excited about the Village Hall Project. If you hadn’t already noticed, the Memorial Hall is no longer standing but a new community meeting place will be built in the not too distant future. Help us to keep the momentum moving forward.
