A hugely popular fun packed two hour playgroup to suit all from birth to 5 year olds!

Every session begins with group time either led by Julie who often uses puppets to tell imaginative and educational stories or Sophie with the aid of song, dance and music promotes children’s creativity, development of language skills and confidence.

This is followed by free play with a large selection of activities and toys, including a busy craft table and soft baby area. The morning also includes snacks and drinks for children and parents/carers.

Playgroup holds birthday parties, a summer outing and a Christmas party. We also like to get involved with community projects, either working with the school or the churches.

And finally, we have support from Action for Children (formally Sure Start) who not only provide Sophie’s Music Group but also access to a Health Visitor and the use of their excellent toy library.

We keep all families updated by newsletters and on our Facebook page.

We cover a wide area surrounding Great Witchingham so wherever you live you are welcome to join us.
