The fete is booked for Sat 27th Aug and will take place at the Bridge Inn as before.

Here are some meeting dates for us to get underway. All on a Tuesday at 8 pm. Venue TBC.  We need a lot of helpers to run this event.

February 1st – Recap on last event, what went well, what did not and brainstorming;   draft the programme, ideas and delegate responsibilities

Thereafter monthly meetings to check we are on track, discuss ideas, problem solve and of course, have a natter and a spot of fun too!

This can be added to or cancelled as needed, but always best to get dates in the diary I feel.  the first couple are closer together to get momentum going!  We want to encourage people to come along to these meetings and join in.  Please be thinking about people you could invite to help with this project.  Do let me (Heidi) know if the dates are a problem.

Tea Dance – provisional date Sunday 27th March – first day of summer when the clocks go forward.  Further negotiations are underway!
